Does the 2014 report establish a crystalline-silica percentage?
No. It is qualitative and gives no weight percentage, detection or quantification limit, or uncertainty. Do not translate “Amorphous State” into zero or less than one percent.
Does the powder report cover sand or finished slabs?
No. The report covers two historical powder specimens only. Sand fractions and cured slabs need their own representative sampling and testing.
