Product Overview
This grade is produced from selected crystalline silica through fine grinding and controlled classification. It is intended as a silica-bearing mineral component for electrode coating mixes and selected welding-flux systems where fine distribution and repeatable blending are required.
The powder is not a finished electrode, binder or complete welding flux. Arc behavior, slag formation, weld-metal chemistry and mechanical properties depend on the full recipe, electrode classification and manufacturing process. The consumables producer should confirm the selected grade through its own formulation and welding trials.

Particle-size note: The 1000–3000 mesh range identifies commercial fine-grade options. It is not a complete PSD specification and does not mean that every particle lies between 5 and 13 μm. State D10, D50, D90, top-cut or residue requirements together with the test method when they are critical.
